The product arrives in a raw state, coated in a protective oil to prevent oxidation during transit. For installation, it's crucial to remember that the fuel tank must be removed prior to welding this frame section.

Sized at 27 inches, the RB7344 starts about 2 inches behind the front cab mount and extends nearly to the rear cab mount, leaving a 5-inch gap. It's designed to overlay the existing frame from the bottom, enabling a weld-on application without the need to remove the truck's cab. The original frame's height is 8 inches, allowing the RB7344 to expose around 1/2 inch of the existing frame for a secure weld.
